Speed and Leadership/Strength and Conditioning Update

This Tuesday and Thursday will be the last speed and leadership training offered.  It will take place from 1:30-3:00 pm each of those days at the football stadium.  The strength and conditioning that was offered on Mondays and Wednesdays (with Mr. Wilson) will no longer be offered.  Enjoy the rest of your summer!  Fall sports

Wayland Softball Players Participate in All-Star Game

Three Wayland Union Softball Players have been selected to play in the Michigan High School Softball Coaches Association 2015 Senior All-Star Game. Wayland Baseball Player Hunter Brown Signs at Cornerstone

Wayland Union High School baseball player Hunter Brown signed to continue his career at Cornerstone University yesterday.  Hunter is the second Wildcat baseball player to join the college ranks this season, following Zach Brog who will be playing at Muskegon Community College next year.

Wayland Union Athletic Boosters – Reminders

Wayland Union Softball – State Champions!!! Video Highlights

Saturday, June 13, 2015 was an exciting day of memorable moments that will be talked about for years to come.  The Wildcat Softball team defeated Frankemuth 11-0 to capture its second State Championship.  The victory marked the end of the fantastic careers of seniors Mallory Teunissen, Morgan Teunissen, Morgan Winger, Hailey Houck, and Caroline Miller.

Wildcats Advance to MHSAA State Finals!

The Wildcat Softball team defeated St. Clair Thursday in the state semi-finals, winning 11-0. The Wildcats now advance to the State Finals, playing again at Michigan State University’s Secchia Stadium on Saturday.  The game will start at 10:00 am.  Admission is $8/person and parking is $5/vehicle.  The Wildcats take on Frankenmuth, who defeated Carleton Airport in

Wildcat Softball Team Advances to State Semi-Finals at MSU

The Wildcat Softball team defeated St. Joseph on Tuesday at the Hope College Quarterfinal with a score of 2-0.  Senior CJ Miller hit a timely two run dinger to put the Cats on the scoreboard. Regional Champions!!! Quarterfinal Information

On Saturday, the Wildcats defeated Zeeland West in dramatic fashion to win the regional title!  The Wildcats now play on Tuesday, June 9 at Hope College at 4 pm against St. Joseph High School.  The game will be played at Hope College’s Wolter’s Stadium, 303 Fairbanks Ave, Holland, MI.  Should the Cats advance on Tuesday,
