Multiple Teams · 7th Grade B basketball week in review

The 7th grade B boys basketball team had a tough week on the road last week. They opened up on Monday with a come from behind 25-23 win against Coopersville. The Wildcats pressed in the second half to retake the lead after trailing for the first three quarters. On Wednesday the B team headed to East Grand Rapids and lost to a tall and talented group. The final game of the week took the Wildcats to Wyoming Junior High in another tightly contested game. The boys played very well in the first half, but cold shooting and a lack of rebounding doomed the Wildcats. The B team fell to Wyoming 29-23. The Wildcats are 2-2 on the season and look to regroup again on the road. They play Monday at Caledonia.
