Meet Recap

The Wildcats traveled to Johnson Park where Wyoming played host to the OK Gold’s 2nd Jamboree of the season. Wayland finished 5th, tied with Thornapple Kellogg at 163 points. Ian Russell, our 6th man, was faster than TK’s 6th and broke the tie for the win over the Trojans. Wayland beat Wyoming by 35 points. Leading the way for the Wildcats was Freshman, Elijah Gamelin, with a time of 19:03. He was followed by Gabe Attruia (19:53), Jarod Geerligs (20:14), Jacob Jelsema (20:46), Ethan Killips (21:03), Ian Russell (21:10) and Andrew VanBaal (22:01). Christian Courser finished the course in 22:48, while Seth Madole and Cooper Sidebotham were close behind. The boys travel to Portage this Saturday.
