Meet Recap

The Wildcats traveled to Cedar Springs early this morning to take part in their Invitational. Everything ran like clockwork as our gracious host adjusted the race schedule to help “beat the heat”, and Aldrich Timing did a fantastic job with speedy results, minutes after each race, and posting it to Athletic.net before we even got halfway back home! Wayland Union took 8th of 11 teams today while being led by Freshman Elijah Gamelin with a PR of 19:25. He was followed by Captain, Ethan Killips, Jarod Geerligs, Gabe Attruia, Ian Russell, Jacob Jelsema (PR of 20:24), and Andrew vanBaal. In the JV Race, Christian Courser led the way for the Wildcats and was followed by Cooper Sidebotham (PR 24:41), Seth Madole, and Kyle Ngo (PR 26:53). The Wildcats have a week of work ahead of them as they prepare for the Otsego Bulldog Invitational next Saturday.
