Meet Recap

Wayland had their best round of the year on Saturday at Cedar Chase. “It is a very hard course to play and it was set up very long”, said coach Drew. “We played our best golf of the year. We are learning how to score well and that is the difference.” Wayland was lead by Carson Sevigny with an 82, followed by Jake Omness with an 83, Rory Myers with 85, and Robert Mucci with an 86. “We beat some really good teams today and the team should be very proud. I hope this gives us some confidence as we head into the rest of the season,” said Drew.
