WU’s Elena Campon Earns All-State in Tennis

Tennis sensation, Elena Campon, completed an excellent season by earning all-state honors at the MHSAA Girls Tennis State Finals!  Elena won two matches before falling to the eventual state champion in the quarterfinals! Great job, Elena!

Wayland Union Softball Captures District Title

The Wildcats Softball team captured their 9th straight MHSAA District Championship on Saturday! They now play on Saturday, June 10 at 11:00 am vs. Forest Hills Eastern at Hope College in the MHSAA Regionals! Go Cats!

Wayland Girls Track and Field Star Maggie Whitney Earns All-State

On Saturday, Maggie Whitney capped off an excellent season by finishing fourth in the 800m at the MHSAA State Track and Field Finals. With a time of 2:17.41, she broke her own school record! Congrats, Maggie!  All-State!

WU’s Elena Campon Captures Regional Tennis Title

On Thursday, May 18, Wayland Union High School’s Elena Campon won the Regional Singles Championship!  The WU Girls Tennis team finished fourth overall at the Regional Competition.  Congrats to Elena and all the members of the Girls Tennis team on a fine season!  Go Cats!
