Meet Recap

The Wayland wildcats bounced back in their second OK Gold Jamboree to finish 3rd at Egypt Valley CC. “Egypt Valley is a very tough course to play when you haven’t had a lot of experience there. Most of the greens are elevated and fast. Two of the holes have large ravines to carry as well,” said coach Drew. “So I was very proud of our scores today.” Wayland was lead by junior Lauren Drew with a 46 followed by fellow junior Abby Omness with a 49. Seniors Chloe Coughlin and Marisa Schild finished out the scoring with 54 and 56.
