Meet Recap

The lady Wildcats ran a very respectable race on a perfect fall day, placing 4th out of the 7 county teams, on a course that measured approximately 151 meters long. Leading her team once again was senior Emily Gray in 17th place, just missing the all county status with a time of 21:18. Not far behind was double sport athletes Zoe Antel in 21st (21:36) and Rylee Cronkright in 26th (21:52). Very consistent Wayland runners Kaitlyn Paul and senior Emily Isenhoff rounded out the top five in 23rd and 37th (22:02 and 22:55). Making her first come back run after being sidelined with a stress fracture was Maggie Whitney, who placed 39th (23:04). Freshman upstart Gracie Hasse rounded out the varsity 7 with a 40th place (23:11).
