Meet Recap

A great time was had by all the Wildcat runners, on and off the course. To set the stage the girls watched one of last year’s captains, Mackenzie Kasper, as she ran in the college race for Spring Arbor. Running on her inspiration and a good week of training, the varsity girls placed 25th out of 43 teams, some of the best in the state. Led by team captain Emily Gray who ran a season best time of 21:39 and sophomore Kaitlyn Paul, freshman Rylee Cronkright moved into the Wildcat’s 3rd position with a PR of 22:24. Two junior varsity runners ran personal best times despite the field of 770 runners; Hannah Damveld and Kennedy Thelen. They were followed by Grace Chandler who ran a personal course best time. Nice job ladies!
